If you find the received item(s) as damaged, you must notify us in writing by email to email@example.com within 24 hrs of receiving the purchased item(s). We can either exchange your item(s) subject to availability of stock or issue you a credit voucher. No exchange or a credit voucher will be provided if you fail to notify us the defect within 24 hrs of receiving the item(s). No refund/exchange would be provided for the natural coloration/condition of the material used. Refund/exchange would be provided only for manufacturing defects, if any. You must provide the visual proof (for example: photo of the damaged product) of the defect. Item(s) damaged by you and natural wear and tear are NOT eligible for exchange or a refund.
