If you find the received item(s) as damaged, you must notify us in writing by email to infodivinehut@gmail.com within 24 hrs of receiving the purchased item(s). We can either exchange your item(s) subject to availability of stock or issue you a credit voucher. No exchange or a credit voucher will be provided if you fail to notify us the defect within 24 hrs of receiving the item(s). No refund/exchange would be provided for the natural coloration/condition of the material used. Refund/exchange would be provided only for manufacturing defects, if any. You must provide the visual proof (for example: photo of the damaged product) of the defect. Item(s) damaged by you and natural wear and tear are NOT eligible for exchange or a refund.

3.We recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
4. Sale/ Discounted item(s) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
5. The value of the new purchase item(s) should be either equivalent to the original purchased item(s) or higher than that of the original purchased item(s). In case of the latter, you will be required to pay the difference before the shipment of the item(s) at the time of checkout including any shipment charges. You will be required to pay for any customs/ duties/ tax charges payable.
